Assigned academic records (class, section, subject lists)
Staff profile photo (uploaded voluntarily by the user)

We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate the Service effectively and facilitate school administration.

Photo Access & Media Permissions

                    Our app allows users to upload profile photos or assignment images. This is an optional,
                    user-initiated action performed explicitly by the staff member.
                

Key facts about our photo access:

Photos are accessed only when the user explicitly selects an image using the device's system photo picker.
We do not scan, browse, or access any other media files on your device.
We do not access video files at any time.
No persistent or background access to your photo library is performed.
The selected content is uploaded securely and used only for its intended purpose within the school ERP.

⚠️ We use the Android Photo Picker (system-level UI) on Android devices, which does not require broad media permissions. Users are always in control of which content is shared.

How We Use Your Information

Information collected is used exclusively to:

Identify and display professional profiles within the app
Facilitate academic collaboration between school, parents, and students
Distribute homework, assignments, and important institutional circulars
Improve app performance and institutional security

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Data Storage & Security

We take data security seriously. Your information is stored using commercially acceptable security standards. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Institutional records and professional data are stored on secure servers and are accessible only to authorized personnel of The Foundation Academy.
